Smile Spa is an in-network provider for: Aetna-Assurant, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna (radius plan), Connection, Delta Dental, Dentamax, Guardian, Principal, Humana, Metlife, United Concordia - Tricare dental, and Ameritas.

If you have a different insurance company, Smile Spa will bill them on your behalf.

Smile Spa does not accept HMOs.
